DEFINITION

The “Bedycasa damage insurance” or ‘Bedy-dommages’ goes beyond a typical multi-risk home insurance contract.

It covers both parties in case of damage on site, including damages caused by third parties and civil liability. Additionally, it covers the host's small equipment and offers the possibility of fair compensation to either party depending on the situation.

It's a security and peace of mind.

Standard insurance does not offer this type of coverage for short, medium, and long-term rentals; we have developed this product over 17 years with two recognized insurance brokers and the French insurer Groupama.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It amounts to 1.5% of the total accommodation cost.

In total, the Bedycasa contribution is €0.75 for insurance (no VAT on insurance) for each member on accommodation costing €100.

It is mandatory for all Bedycasa bookings.

1. TRAVELERS / TENANTS: FROM AROUND THE WORLD

2. HOSTS: LOCATED IN EUROPE

Hosts located outside of Europe can benefit from a reimbursement of up to €2000 upon presentation of proof.

Damage to the material goods of the accommodation: toilet, bed, chair, table, sheets…
